I have over 30 year of Real Estate Marketing Experience and

over 20 year experience in Video Tours.

 

Video Tours get the listing seen more while allowing buyers anywhere in the world to virtually walk through the home, my Video Tours often inspire offers and many times the first time the buyer physically sees the listing is after closing.

Doing my own Photography allows me to schedule around weather to ensure proper lighting, while avoiding costly days waiting for a photographer.

Often, multiple shots are needed to catch proper lighting on all sides of the house, as well as taking into account the lighting conditions on views from Luxury home windows.  This requires catch the exposure of the inside and outside at optimal levels for the perfect realistic photo.

 

You get one chance to make a first impression, so I make sure everything is perfect when the listing drops. I can't tell you how important it is to have all the technical information correct to maximize your exposure, bringing the maximum number of buyers  possible to the table.  

To achieve max reach the thumb nail photo must capture the homes best possible total representaion,  for this I use drones to achieve the perfect angle of the home , seeing a great view of the home while giving a great idea what the views behind it are.

As a Specialist I personally handle every aspect of my service.  So when a buyer calls I will answer the call, (having met the seller during listing, I have all the information needed to effectively pitch the home.)  Constant attention to detail helps move the sell alone in a timely manner.  I don't focus on having the mostly listing I focus solely on the marketing of each individual listing as if it had to sell.
